The Parish Council meets every month on the third Thursday. Minutes of all these meetings are produced by the Clerk and then approved by the PC at the following meeting.
All approved minutes are published here together with an archive of past minutes. At the end of each year the minutes for that year are published in .pdf format for easy searching.
In addition to the approved minutes the Council also provides unapproved minutes - that is, minutes yet to be approved at the next meeting. These are unofficial and are provided so that interested parties do not have to wait until after the following meeting to find out what is going on . Unapproved minutes are subject to change and have no official status.
